AllOutdoorSpeaker.com ships only to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico are processed on a case by case basis, and customers requesting shipping to these locations must contact us prior to placing an order so proper shipping charges can be calculated. AllOutdoorSpeaker.com does not ship to other international addresses. Shipping to Cananda, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico may be subject to duties and taxes and are the customer's responsibility to calculate. Returns: Our return policy is simple. You have 15 days from the time you receive the item to contact us about returning the item. Send us an e-mail for a return authorization number. Products returned without this authorization will be refused. Products must be returned and received by the warehouse no later than 30 days from date of return authorization. Original shipping is a service already paid to UPS and used. Therefore, it will not be refunded under any condition. Buyer pays for return shipping as well. Items must be in original box and in new condition. Defective Items: Defective products can be returned within 30 days of sale (see return authorization policy above).
