 General: - AllOutdoorSpeaker.com will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding pricing or other information.
- AllOutdoorSpeaker.com does not process orders during weekends -- these orders will be shipped the first business day following the weekend.
Cancellations: - Orders can only be cancelled if they are on backorder.
- All cancellation requests must be in writing. Written requests are accepted by email. Without written confirmation of cancellation, the customer will still be responsible for full payment of product to include shipping charges and handling fees.
- ALLOUTDOORSPEAKER.COM will notify the customer if a problem exists with an order. If there is no response to messages left informing the customer of such an issue, the order will be cancelled 48 hours after it was ordered.
Damages: - All items are in good working condition when they leave the warehouse. Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment has been released from the warehouse.
- The customer is responsible for making damage claims with the carrier as soon as the damage is detected.
- Please save all packaging -- it must be available for inspection by the carrier.
- All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please notify us by e-mail if shipping damages do occur.
- No claim of damage will be accepted for any reason after 10 days of receipt of goods.
